ثُّمَ كُلِي مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ فَاسْلُكِي سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِلنَّاسِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ ( ٦٩ )
And then eat from each (kind of) fruits and follow
the path of your Lord who has been simplified (for you). From the bee's stomach out drink (honey) that a
variety of colors, in which there is healing for mankind. Verily in this is
there really a sign (greatness of Alloh) for people who reflect. (Surah

Date palm
"Whosoever ate seven grain Ajwah dates between 2 valleys (areas that many black stone that is the city of Medina) in the morning, he will not be affected by the poison till late afternoon." (Hadith Reported by Muslim)
Dates are a desert plant that has many benefits, especially to facilitate the delivery and return the state of the uterus after childbirth. To Ajwah dates (which only grow in Medina) had a special advantage that is as ruqyah (Islamic treatment), overcoming interference of genie, an antidote to witchcraft, and drugs of all poisons, medicines liver disease, and so forth.

Zamzam Water
"Zamzam water is useful for what is intended to drink it. If you drink in order to recover from your illness, then Alloh will cure him. If you drink in order to feel full, then Alloh will fill him. If you drink it to lose your thirsty, then Allah will eliminate your thirsty. He is Jibril heel pressure water, drink from Allah for Ismael. Results from the study of water samples in Europe and Saudi Arabia showed that the Zamzam contains fluoride which has effective power to kill germs, the content of calcium and magnesium on Zamzam water more than in other Zamzam water, this gives the effect of refreshing for the weary pilgrim .

Olive oil
"Consume olive oil and use as a hair oil, because olive oil is made from a tree full of blessings." (Hadith Narrated by al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah).
Olive oil has the advantage, among others:
Reducing cholesterol
Reduce the risk of blockage and thickening of blood vessels
Preventing and reducing attack cancer
Good for healthy hair
